I am a consultant neurologist.

As a neurologist consultant, I care for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions.

I have 29 years experience in the full spectrum of neurological conditions (including headaches, dizziness, sensory and motor disturbances, strokes, seizures, neuralgic pain and cognitive impairment), EEG and EMG/NCS testing.

I was a medical student at Medical University of Pleven, Bulgaria and obtained my Master of Medicine in 1986. Then I performed my General Medical Training in Neurological Department of Pleven Hospital, before completing a higher degree as a Specialist of Neurology at Medical University of Sofia. Having obtained a specialist neurologist, I worked 15 years as consultant neurologist at Neurological Department of Pleven hospital, town policlinic of Dolna Mitropolia, emergency department of Pleven Hospital, diagnostic consulting centre in Pleven.

In 2011 I worked at Port of Spain General Hospital, Trinidad and Tobago. From 2012 I work as a consultant neurologist at  Saint Augustine Private Hospital and Sangre Grande Hospital, Trinidad and Tobago

I have full registration as a specialist neurologist with Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago (#A-266) and

General Medical Council, UK (GMC #7043588).
