Symptoms of neurological illness include poor memory, blackouts, dizziness, headache, speech problems, back pain, sciatica, limb weakness, numbness and tremor problems. Using a careful neurological history and detailed neurological examination along with appropriate specialised investigations such as EEG, EMG, NCS, the neurology specialist attempts to identify the site of the neurological disturbance and its likely cause. If a patient requires a surgery, the neurologist will refer the patient to neurosurgeon. The neurologist will advise on the medical management of the neurological diseases with the following symptoms:
	
	Dizziness, vertigo, double vision, poor balance control, nausea, vomiting
	
	Seizure
	
	Headache after head trauma and memory disorders
	
	Headache like a tight bands around the head, or with nausea and vomiting
	
	
	
	Facial asymmetry (one side facial weakness, suddenly appeared)
	
	Gait disorders and poor equilibrium
	
	Limbs weakness, facial asymmetry, speech disorders lasting 30 minutes or 
	less then 24 hours
	
	Lower back pain and leg(s) weakness with sensory loss
	
	Memory and/or cognition problems
	
	Severe pain around the eyes
	
	Severe pain in one side of the face
	
	Tingling and burning pain on the legs
	
	Tremor (shaking of the limbs), tics and another involuntary 
	movements
Wrist, shoulders and neck pain
